Charlotteville is a small fishing village nestled within the hills of the North Ridge at the most north westerly tip of the island. Many will say it is one of the last untouched villages of the Caribbean where life goes on as usual, where tourists mingle with locals many of whom make the trek back to this little village annually in some cases.
